PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan was established in 1974 owns and manages Cilandak Commercial Estate. An approved BKPM (Foreign Investment Board) facility occupies 11.1911 hectares of offices, warehouses and workshops for light industries. It is the first premier facility of its kind in Jakarta. PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan is a joint venture company between Jala Bhakti Yasbhum and Buana Pranata Indonesia a PMA company with professional experience and good reputation of 36 years in managing business and commercial estates.

Management System
As the owner of Cilandak Commercial Estate, PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan has been consistently improving all efforts to ensure the quality of the company as well as services to tenants. The efforts shall include giving more attention to all business activities that may have environment causes in the estate, as well as to comply with all regulations and procedures, in terms of quality and environmental aspects.
To highly achieve that, PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan management quality system and environment management system has been ISO 9001:2008 and ISO14001:2008 certified. It is also important for us to continuously review our management system from quality aspect and environment aspect.
The Estate Overview
Cilandak Commercial Estate is suitable for a variety of commercial uses such as offices, warehouses and workshops. It occupies 11.1911 hectares site in South Jakarta at the junction of Jalan T.B. Simatupang and Jalan Raya Cilandak KKO. The estate is located in a strategic and accessible area with direct access to toll road connected to airport and Tanjung Priok port.
