An approved BKPM (Foreign Investment Board) facility occupies 11.1911 hectares of offices, warehouses and workshops for light industries. It is the first premier facility of its kind in Jakarta. PT. Bhumyamca Sekawan is a joint venture company between Jala Bhakti Yasbhum and Buana Pranata Indonesia a PMA company with professional experience and good reputation of 36 years in managing business and commercial estates.
